Do you produce perfumes at industrial scale?
Yes. Our Industry 4.0 facility has an annual capacity of 75 million units. We can absorb production peaks without compromising quality standards or delivery timelines.
Where are your perfumes manufactured?
Air-Val Perfumes operates from its own facility in Gavà, Barcelona (Spain): a 24K m² Logistics and Industry 4.0 plant backed by more than 45 years of experience from the Air-Val International Group.
How long does it take to manufacture a perfume?
A typical Full Service project takes 4–6 months from brief to delivery. Private Label and Contract Manufacturing are usually faster since they skip development phases. We provide a tailored timeline during the consultation stage.
Do you manage the entire perfume production process?
Yes. Under our Full Service model we manage the entire process end to end: creative brief, fragrance development, bottle and packaging design, manufacturing, filling, and delivery, with a single point of contact throughout.
How does Air-Val Perfumes approach sustainability in perfume production?
Our baseline is already responsible. When your brand needs to go further, we offer advanced options across three areas: natural-origin alcohol, bio-based solvents, and water-based formulations, alongside sustainable packaging such as recycled glass and FSC-certified cartonboard.
