The Air-Val Group was founded in 1979 with a clear vision: to cover the entire value chain, from product conceptualisation to shelf presence at the world's leading retailers.
With over 45 years of experience manufacturing and distributing perfumery across more than 90 countries and 90 million euros in revenue, annual production capacity of 75 million units & a plant with 12 production lines, the group has consistently invested in advanced production processes and machinery.

With all technical specifications finalized, we deliver a consolidated production proposal covering the complete cosmetic build, jointly reviewed and formally approved by both parties before industrial launch.

Design validation
Following alignment on creative direction, we carry out a thorough verification of artwork, copy, and graphic assets, ensuring technical accuracy and faithful representation of your brand identity and product positioning.

Receipt and evaluation of materials
All incoming raw materials, bulk components, and packaging elements are received at our facilities and subjected to stringent incoming-goods quality inspection before being released for production use.

Manufacturing process
Production and filling operations are executed in-house on automated manufacturing lines, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency, process traceability, and full alignment with industry-leading quality standards.

Rigorous quality control
Prior to batch release, the finished product undergoes a comprehensive battery of quality control protocols, verifying full conformity with applicable cosmetic regulations, safety requirements, and internal specifications.
